This is the illustration of the story of the Greek Moon Goddess, Selene, and Endymion.
Selene fell in love with Endymion while he was sleeping in a field watching his sheep. To keep him young forever, he was granted eternal sleep. He would dream every night of being held by the moon. And he was - they supposedly had 50 children together.
Looking at this now, I am not liking his arm and several other things. But I was proud at the time... it has a sorta charm to me.
